Here is some proof that intentional work on organisation culture has an impact on the people you work with.

The team at Fitness Australia were kind enough to put this video together to offer their thoughts on what is widely known now as our #TeamCool culture.

Showed the video as part of my presentations to the ConnectingUp Conference (#13CU, AUS) in May and this week at the ASAE Annual Meeting (#ASAE13, USA).

Telling the story made the most difference and having some of our team share their stories just made the whole thing awesome.

Yes, I would have loved to be able to call myself Chief Vibe Officer but not sure any Board would be cool with that!
